If your looking for an original Philly Cheesesteak and don’t want to drive hours away to find one, well look no further. My honey and I stumbled upon this place yesterday afternoon. Not being able to take Valentines day off, we enjoyed this lovely day together. Any who, this place can be found in down town El Paso, just around the corner from the Wells Fargo building. This place instantly gives you a warm welcoming feeling a lot of restraunts around here have been lacking lately. Their menu is displayed on the back wall behind the counter. Although some menu items may be a bit intimidating, don’t worry because the kind man standing right in front of you is there to hold your hand every step of the way. Luckily, if you don’t have your man standing right beside you like I do to help, he’s more than welcome too help you out. We ordered the “Hot Chick” and the “Original Philly Cheesesteak” with an order of “Nacho” and “Sloppy Joe” fries. So if your into the whole chicken and provolone sub with a topping of lettuce and tomatoes this is the sandwich for you. Warning though, if your a little girl like me and can’t seem to handle a bit of Louisiana hot sauce DO NOT get this. I still choose to love this selection, it is just too hot for me to handle. My man got the “Original Philly Cheesesteak”, and of course that’s exactly what he got, an “Original”.It was…yumm. I wasn’t too ecstatic on the “Nacho” fries, but I would definitely recommend a side order of the “Sloppy Joe”.So if your looking to satisfy that craving, come here.
